Four Days Training on Conflict Management

The workshop on conflict management system was for a target of 120 staff drawn from the 17 LGAs of Plateau state. A total number of eighty two (82) persons participated in the training, comprising of twenty eight (28) female participants and fifty (54) male participants.

The participants were drawn particularly from the social services, personnel, works, and finance and health departments. Specifically, directors of social services, welfare officers, engineers, accountants and PHC staff were the selected representatives.

The workshop was organized and conducted by Apurimac Onlus and Bege Foundation. This workshop serves as a prelude for the development of workable conflict management system in the seventeen LGAs of the state.
This effort reflects the growing collaboration between government and the third sector and re-emphasizes the compelling need to further strengthen cooperation for enhanced effectiveness of the public sector.
